Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Credible Arena (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the anTaskmobile app and https://antask.app (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your phone number using a one-time code delivered via WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and device secure.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• Notify us promptly at support@antask.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the anTask app on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. This licence does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties except as expressly allowed by the multi-seat features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
• Send spam, harass others, or assign tasks/notifications to people without a legitimate reason.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service, except where the law permits.
• Circumvent subscription, seat, or usage limits, or misuse the one-number-one-seat rule.
• Upload malware, or use the Service to violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, comments, attachments, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to deliver it to the people you choose (e.g., assignees and team members). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription, sold as seat bundles and billed through the App Store or Google Play. Auto-renewal, cancellation, price, and refund terms are set out in full on our Subscription & Refunds page, which is incorporated into these Terms. By subscribing you agree to those terms.

8. App-store distribution

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to those stores’ terms. Where a store’s rules conflict with these Terms in relation to purchases made through that store, the store’s rules govern that purchase.

9. Apple-specific terms (App Store)

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and Apple requires we tell you:

• These Terms are between you and Credible Arena (OPC) Private Limited only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Support requests go to us at support@antask.app.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• We (not Apple) are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and consumer-protection claims.
• We (not Apple) are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, WhatsApp for delivering sign-in codes, and Apple/ Google push services). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Availability of the Service can depend on these providers.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the anTask name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Credible Arena (OPC) Private Limitedand protected by law. Except for the licence granted above, we reserve all rights. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where important.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credible Arena (OPC) Private Limited and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) [₹ / $ amount — set a cap]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Credible Arena (OPC) Private Limited harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

15. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content licence for delivered items, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
